Robert Coughlon, Jr.

Robert Couglon, Jr. has spent over 30 years advising immigrants who are trying to fix their immigration status.  For the lucky ones who qualify, he has helped them become lawful permanent residents and U.S. citizens.  But he has met thousands of immigrants who are unable to legalize their status due to the restrictive immigration laws.  He has also represented immigrants in immigration court and has seen first-hand how challenging it is for them to legally remain in the U.S. with their families.

He is an immigration lawyer who has seen the problem from the inside, and he has written the plan to fix it.
